We Understand that life happens however as a small business. cancellations and no-shows can really hurt us. when scheduling a credit card is now required to hold your appointment. We require at least 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment all cancellations after 24 hours or the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in 100% charge for the services scheduled. All no-shows will also result in 100% charge for the service is scheduled as a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.
